Passion, Freedom Aviation for an Extraordinary Life!

On November 13th at 11 o’clock, the opening ceremony for the “Remembering Heroes” commemorative Flying Tigers 80th anniversary and WWII-era American Aid to China Air Force historical photo exhibition was held at the USS Hornet Museum in Alameda County, California, USA. The atmosphere was lively and many guests were in attendance. The national anthems of both China and the US were played at the ceremony.

The meeting location is the USS Hornet Museum in Oakland.

The distinguished guests who attended the event included retired US Air Force General and former Chief of Staff of the US Air Force, and Honorary Chairman of the Sino-American Aviation Heritage Foundation  Aviation Heritage Foundation, Ronald Fogleman, Chinese Consul General in San Francisco Wang Donghua, Cultural Attaché Zhai Deyu, former US Congressman Mike Honda, Chairman of the say no Sino-American Aviation Heritage Aviation Heritage Foundation Jeffrey Greene, Alameda County Sheriff David Haubert, Vice Chairman Tom White, Honorary Vice Chairman Li Lijun and Simon Pan, Executive Director, ASA President Li Shudong, Vice Mayor of Fremont Shao Yang, Deputy Mayor of Sonoma Ding Junhui, Dublin City Councilor Hu Xin, President of the US Entrepreneurs Association He Huabin, Flying Tigers veterans and their descendants, active-duty Air Force pilots, and representatives from various communities in the San Francisco Bay Area. Over 300 people attended the commemorative event.

Retired US Air Force General and Honorary Chairman of the US-China Aviation Heritage Foundation, Ronald Fogleman, will deliver the first speech

Consul General of China in San Francisco, Donghua Wang, was invited to deliver a speech.

Former US Congressman Mike Honda was invited to deliver a speech.

Tom White, Vice Chairman of the US-China Aviation Heritage Foundation, delivered a speech.

Captain Jones Wong of the US Navy, who is of Chinese descent, was invited to deliver a speech.

Captain Carl Ching of the US Navy, who is of Chinese descent, was invited to deliver a speech.

Dr. Shudong Li, President of the Aero Sports Association (ASA) and Executive Director of the Sino-American Aviation Heritage Foundation, attended.

David Haubert, the Alameda County Supervisor, was invited to deliver a speech.
