ASA & ASFC Aero Sports Base at EAA
Starting this year, ASA and ASFC will set up an Aero Sports Base at EAA AirVenture. Both organizations will collaborate and join forces to promote and develop this international exchange platform at the EAA event. ASA has reserved booth numbers 169 and 170 at the main aircraft display area. The organizations have invited US and Europe sport aviation manufacturers and China’s general aviation delegations to come together to exchange ideas, share knowledge, build friendships and further develop general aviation.
EAA AirVenture
EAA is an international community of more than 180,000 members that nurtures the spirit of flight through a worldwide network of chapters, outreach programs, and other events.
But for one week each summer, EAA members and aviation enthusiasts totaling more than 500,000 from more than 60 countries attend EAA AirVenture at Wittman Regional Airport in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, where they rekindle friendships and celebrate the past, present, and future in the world of flight.
About ASA
ASA is an aviation organization based in Silicon Valley, California. The members of our organization include US and International manufacturers, pilots and aviation enthusiasts. The association is designed to establish an international exchange platform to promote and develop aviation sports. The ASA provides support and services to help aviation manufacturers with their business developments while also focusing on the most potential Chinese market to support aviation businesses grow.
About ASFC
The Aero Sports Federation of China (ASFC) is the main administrator of Sports Aviation under China’s sports bureau. ASFC handles the nation’s Sports Aviation licensing, flight training, aviation supplies, and approves all national/international aviation related events, air-shows and forums. From 2016 to 2020, the ASFC is planning to build 20,000 air parks and sports aviation clubs in China.
